At MORFE, each piece is handcrafted with care—and we ensure it arrives with the same attention to detail. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
📍 Address Accuracy
To avoid delays or lost packages:
Ensure your address is complete and accurate (include flat/house number, street, city, state, PIN code, and landmark if needed).
MORFE is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
🕒 Processing Time
All orders require 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) to be processed before dispatch.

India: Free Standard Shipping on orders over ₹2,000

🌍 International Shipping & Duties
For international orders, MORFE acts on your behalf for customs clearance.
Any import duties, VAT, or local taxes are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.
You will be contacted by your local customs office if additional charges apply.
📦 Out-of-Stock Items
If any item in your order is unavailable:
The remaining items will be shipped as scheduled.
A full refund will be issued for the out-of-stock product to your original payment method.
📬 Undelivered or Missing Packages
If your package shows as "delivered" but hasn’t arrived:
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will assist you with a claim through the courier (claims may take up to 30 days).
MORFE is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
🔁 Returned Orders & Redelivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you.
Redelivery fees will apply.
Orders not claimed within 14 days of return will be cancelled and refunded minus shipping fees.
