🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

At MORFE, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help within the following guidelines:


✅ Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

Products must be in original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged.

To start the returns process, please email us at support@morfe.in with your order number and reason for return.


🚚 Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your items.


🔧 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@morfe.in. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it swiftly.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

Sale items

Gift cards

Used or opened items

Change-of-mind returns after the product has been used


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.


🔁 Change of Mind (Before Shipping)

If you change your mind before your order has shipped, we will gladly offer you store credit for the full amount.

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded for a change of mind.


MORFE reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
